Introduction to Wedding Flowers Course 29th July 2025
Join us at The Happy Blossoms workshop in Wimborne for our Introduction to Wedding Flowers course. The day will start with an introduction to sourcing florals, how to choose your varieties of flowers, flower seasons and recipes before teaching you all about floral conditioning and care. Following this will be tuition section of the day, we will discuss styles and ideas before technical demonstrations of the following elements.
Bridal bouquet - we will teach you how to create a loose free-flowing bridal bouquet using seasonal florals.
Boutonnière - tuition on how to create a natural boutonnière and corsage.
Table Centrepiece - you will be taught how to create a table centrepiece in a compote bowl using foam-free mechanics.
All tuition, materials and equipment are included and light refreshments.
Timings: 11-5pm
Suitable for beginners.
