At the Happy Blossoms providing an exceptional product and service for those special moments and ‘just because’ moments is what we do best! We hope that you will LOVE your product and that it will delight but should you ever not be satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and cancellation policy below: 

 

Dried Flower Return Policy 

 We hope that you will LOVE your Baked Blossoms! However, if for any reason you are not happy with the dried flowers you receive once they have arrived with you, then do let us know within 5 working days of delivery to the recipient. If you are not happy with your blooms then please do drop us an email with your order number at contact@thehappyblossoms.com and we will be in touch asap!
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all return postal charges. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. The Item/s remain your responsibility until they reach us.
 

Floral Accessories Return Policy

 

At the Happy Blossoms we love sourcing beautiful homewares that complement your new blooms and we want you to LOVE your new purchase! But If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 5 working days by dropping us an email with your order number at contact@thehappyblossoms.com and we will be in touch asap!

 

Fresh Flower Return Policy

 

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and as they are perishable, we are unfortunately unable to accept fresh flower returns. We have a very high standard for all our arrangements at The Happy Blossoms and ensure you will only ever receive beautiful and bold flowers!

If for any reason you have any queries about your purchase then please email us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet at contact@thehappyblossoms.com and we will be in touch asap!

 

Cancellations

 

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, then please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order with standard UK Delivery, or within 2 hours for next day delivery. Please drop us an email us at contact@thehappyblossoms.com with your order number. Please note after this time it will not be possible to cancel.
