Delivery Details 

We deliver flowers within 20 miles of our shop here in Poundbury ourselves. Same-day flowers are available on orders received by 12pm and are often possible after this.

You can choose to purchase online & collect your flowers from our shop. These will be available for you to pick up from us on your chosen date.

We deliver flowers to the rest of Mainland UK by post Monday-Friday. Next-day delivery is available if we receive your order by 1pm Monday – Friday.

 Local Delivery P+P 

All local deliveries within Poundbury are £2.50.

All local deliveries within Dorchester will be charged at £5.00.

We will also deliver within 10 miles of Poundbury and these deliveries will be charged at £10.00.
We can deliver beyond 10 miles at an additional charge. Please ring the shop on 01305 268878 to confirm delivery charges.

 Any local orders which require same-day delivery need to be made before 12pm that day.

We offer a local delivery service on Monday - Saturday (Not Sundays) from 9am-5pm but unfortunately are unable to guarantee a delivery time unless this is agreed individually via the shop or over the phone.

Nationwide P+P
For flower deliveries outside of our local delivery area, we offer a postal delivery service. We offer a next-day delivery service if your order is placed before 12 noon and deliveries are available 5 days a week.

Wrapped in specially designed & branded postal boxes with a small water supply, (for fresh flowers) our postal flowers are securely boxed up to keep them safe on their journey.

As our nationwide delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail, we are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. As we work with a third party delivery service, once the flowers are out for delivery we are unable to make alterations to the delivery address. As our product is perishable, we are unable to offer re-delivery.

We deliver flowers to the rest of Mainland UK by Next-day post post Monday-Friday. Next-day delivery is available if we receive your order by 12pm Monday – Friday.

Nationwide Delivery Prices

Delivery is priced at £5 for Baked Blossoms.
Delivery is priced from £10 for Bouquets, Wreaths and Blossom Bunches.
Delivery is calculated at checkout stage once address is added.

Local Delivery Policy

Delivery Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery so before placing an order please ensure you have included the full name, address details, including accurate postcode and telephone number of the intended recipient, and your daytime contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Please note that where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery for one further attempt only. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.  Once a second delivery attempt is made we will have fulfilled our contract, and if this delivery is not successful then the flowers/ plant must be collected from the shop and no further delivery attempts will be made.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, hospitals and offices.  In such cases the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order. 
Please note that not all hospitals can take delivery of flowers.  If you wish to send flowers to a hospital please check with the hospital in advance and telephone them in advance to check that they can do this.  Please note that Dorchester Hospital will not accept delivery of flowers.  
In respect of orders for Funeral flowers items for delivery to funerals or funeral directors, please ensure you have informed us of the funeral time. These orders need to be placed at least 2 days prior to delivery.
We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.

As our product is perishable, we are unable to offer re-delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don't always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses. We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.
